What is your return policy?

We are currently not accepting returns. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. However, you do have the option to cancel your order within the first 24 hours in case of an error in the size or color of the item selected.

How long will my order take to arrive?


Orders will be process within 1-2 days. If you opt for the shipping option, it should arrive within 1-3 business days after it has been processed.

What does Local Pick up means?

If you opt for local pick up, One of our representatives will meet up with you at a designated location. The information for the location and the designated representative will be displayed after check out via e-mail.

What if I never received my order?

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon request, we can provide confirmation of delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for you to investigate. If an item was lost or stolen, it is your responsibility to file a claim with the shipping carrier to receive compensation for lost or stolen packages that are the fault of the shipping carrier.

Can I exchange my order?

Please make sure you have selected the correct item, size and color before finalizing your order, ALL OUR SALES ARE FINAL. However, we do understand the size you selected might not meet the size you needed, therefore you can feel free to contact us and see if we can assist you. Please be mindful, It is not guarantee you will get to exchange.

Can I cancel/change my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order within the first 24 hrs. However, in the case of a size change or color, you must cancel the current order and do a new order for the correct items. If your order has already been shipped, you can not make any changes.
